The working principle of accumulator trolley

The accumulation car group generally consists of a front trolley, a rear trolley and a load beam.A front shovel is installed on the front car, and is connected with the lifting claw through a coupling mechanism, and a tail shovel is installed on the rear car.When the accumulating operation is required, the pneumatic stopper is opened, and the lifting claw on the front car of the No. 1 car group is pressed down to disengage it from the push head on the traction chain, and the No. 1 car group stops running.The No. 2 car group continues to move forward until the front shovel of the front trolley rises along the slope of the tail shovel of the No. 1 car group's rear car to drive the lifting claws down and disengages from the traction chain. The No. 2 car group stops running, and so on for the subsequent car groups .When the accumulation operation is finished, the pneumatic stopper is closed, and the lifting claw on the front trolley of the No. 1 car group is lifted by the weight of the front shovel itself, and the push head on the traction chain is in place to push the No. 1 car group to move forward.As the No. 1 car group moves forward, the front shovel of the front trolley of the No. 2 car group is disengaged from the rear shovel of the rear car of the No. 1 car group, and the lifting claw is lifted to complete the accumulation operation.


The structure of the positive and free suspension conveyor

The product-free suspension conveyor realizes the workpiece transportation on the spreader through the engagement and disengagement of the trolley group and the push head of the conveyor chain.It mainly consists of the following parts: conveyor track, traction chain, accumulation trolley group, driving device, tensioning device, stopper, roller group turning device, turnout, backstop, air circuit control device, etc.

1. Conveyor track

The track is composed of upper and lower layers, the upper layer is the traction rail, which transmits the traction power; the lower layer is the load rail, on which the pusher on the traction chain pushes the trolley to run on the load rail, and the workpiece is hung on the trolley through a special spreader.

2. Traction chain

The traction chain is the main part of the transmission mechanism of the chain conveyor. It is composed of the outer chain piece, the inner chain piece, the pin shaft, the outer chain piece of the push rod, and the chain supporting trolley. These parts are made of high-quality alloy structural steel. After heat treatment and flaw detection, it has good comprehensive mechanical properties and high reliability.

3. Accumulated trolley group

In the suspension conveyor system, the load beam is under the traction rail, and the accumulating trolley group runs along the conveying line. The load beam is connected with the cargo trolley running on the load-bearing rail. The function of engaging or disengaging, the front trolley runs in the system driven by the push head on the traction chain.

4. Driving device

The drive unit is the device that provides power to the traction chain.It consists of a motor, a reducer, a frame, and a drive chain.The motor is connected to the reducer through a belt. The crawler drive device is composed of a driving sprocket, a passive sprocket and a driving chain; the driving sprocket is connected to the main shaft of the reducer, and the passive sprocket is a tensioning sprocket. The drive chain passes to the traction chain.The driving device has double protection of mechanical overload and current overheating relay.

5. Tensioning device

The tensioning device is a device that absorbs the slack generated when the traction chain is wound out of the transmission device (such as due to chain wear and temperature changes) and maintains a certain tension.The tensioning device is always arranged at the unwinding end of the driving device and close to the driving device.

6. Stopper

The stopper is installed on the side of the load-carrying track, and is set at the position where the accumulating trolley group needs to be stopped in the conveying system. It is a device for controlling the stopping and running of the trolley in the conveyor system.It is the core of traffic flow control in the entire conveyor system, and plays two important roles in traffic flow control: one is to implement safe and reliable chain control of traffic flow to ensure the smooth passage of trolleys in the turnout area; The traffic flow in the machine line can be adjusted.When the traffic flow passes through the horizontal steering section, up and down slopes and operating stations, the stopper releases the trolley equidistantly, which stabilizes and balances the traffic flow.

7. Roller group rotation device

The roller set turning device is a component that guides the traction chain to turn horizontally and provides a smooth transition for it.Its structure is that a series of rollers are equidistantly distributed on the bracket, and bearings are housed in the rollers.The slewing bracket is parallel to the traction track, and the number of rollers installed on the bracket depends on the radius of the horizontal curved rail.The traction chain runs frictionally along the outer surface of the rollers, driving the rollers to rotate.

8. Turnout

The turnout is a device that controls the running route of the cargo trolley in the accumulation conveyor system.The turnout is set at the position where the running route is changed at the junction of the tracks, and controls the flow direction of the accumulating trolley in the conveyor system.

9. Backstop

The backstop is a device used to prevent the first accumulating trolley entering the stopper from retreating and wandering.The backstop is fixed on the bearing rail and consists of a backstop plate and a bracket.When the cargo trolley runs forward, driven by the chain, the accumulation trolley pushes the anti-return plate, and the anti-retraction plate rotates around the axis. After the accumulation trolley passes, the anti-retraction plate rotates back to its original position under the action of its own weight.

10. The air circuit control device of the conveyor

The air circuit unit is a device that controls the movement of the cylinder. It is composed of pneumatic components such as a water separator, a pressure regulating valve, a lubricator and a solenoid valve, and is assembled on a mounting plate. A cut-off valve is provided to facilitate the maintenance of the air circuit unit and the cylinder.The air intake end of the air circuit unit is connected to the compressed air pipeline with a hose, and the two outlets are respectively connected to the cylinder interface with a hose.
