Introduction to the main equipment of the coating production line

The industrial coating production line is composed of pre-treatment equipment, curing and drying equipment, spraying equipment, conveying equipment, electrical control system, waste gas and wastewater treatment equipment and other equipment and systems connected and assembled. It needs to ensure that each equipment and process on the production line has Sequential, effective and safe partial or complete line operation to achieve the purpose of spraying the product parts or the entire surface.The spraying process is generally located in the intermediate manufacturing stage of manufacturing products, and it is an important production link to ensure that the quality of the products produced by the manufacturer is up to standard.

  • Pre-treating

    Pretreatment is the basic process before the workpiece gets coated. Remove various stains and impurities (such as lubricating oil, emulsion, grease, rust, oxide skin, welding slag, saline- alkali spots, dust, etc.) from the surface of the workpiece to make it clean and free of stains.

  • Oven

    A coating production line generally needs to be equipped with two ovens, one for drying the moisture after the pre-treatment process is completed; Another is used for curing the surface of the workpiece after painting process.
