A coating production line generally needs to be equipped with two ovens, one for drying the moisture after the pre-treatment process is completed; Another is used for curing the surface of the workpiece after painting process.

After completing the pre-treatment steps, the workpiece enters first oven for drying. The main function of the oven is to dry the moisture on the surface of the workpiece and prepare for the next spraying stage. After completing powder or paint spraying on the workpiece, it needs to enter another oven for heating, which is used to solidify the material sprayed on the surface of the workpiece.

According to the layout of construction structure, ovens can be designed into floor type and full bridge type, and the heating energy can be natural gas, fuel oil, electricity, biological particles, etc.

The oven needs to be equipped with a combustion machine. At present, the natural gas combustion engines used by Fuyuan not only include domestic brands, but also the Italian brand RIELLO and the American MAXON combustion engine.
